Don't become a ghost in Google's AI search
With the rise of AI-powered search, the way people discover businesses online is changing.
For businesses, this presents both tricks and treats (sorry, we couldn’t resist).
While AI has the potential to disrupt traditional SEO strategies, it also offers exciting new opportunities to reach potential customers who are increasingly turning to generative AI for answers and recommendations.
Being referenced within Google's AI-generated answers is becoming a valuable way to get your brand noticed and establish authority in your industry. But that only happens if you can get your business noticed by popular AI tools.
We're already seeing fantastic results for our clients, helping their websites appear in AI search thanks to our team's work integrating Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) into our existing SEO strategies.
So, is traditional SEO dead… or still very much alive?
Despite what you might hear, SEO isn't heading for the graveyard just yet. It's simply evolving. Businesses that embrace this evolution will be better placed to avoid disappearing from search results.
If you’re looking to bolster your online presence ahead of 2027, get in touch with us today and ask about our SEO and GEO support.

The most important skills a marketing team can have
You might think that sitting at a desk all day means there’s little chance of medical emergencies. After all, it isn’t the most physical job in the world!
But the fact is, first aid comes in many different forms, so it’s essential we know our stuff.
Every single week we see a client or two at our office, so we want to make sure we can keep everyone safe who walks through our door.
That’s why we recently welcomed Sacha from Eden Custom Training to the office for a first aid session with the team.
The session covered everything from CPR and choking to bleeding and burns, giving the team valuable skills that could make a real difference in an emergency situation, whether in the office, at home or out and about.
We even got to put our newfound knowledge to the test with some outdoor first aid scenarios, brought to life by Sacha's fantastic volunteers from the West Midlands Casualty Simulation Group (CSG).
Sacha is also one of our clients, so it was great to see him and introduce him to our youngest Flamingo, baby Hallie! (Emma popped in with her daughter, we haven’t named the doll that Sam is holding!)

Lights out and away we go!
Last month, our creative team headed to Donington Park to see Typhoon Racing in action. The team is proudly sponsored by our client, Blue City Aviation Ltd.
Rich and Steph were there to capture the action, getting plenty of photography and video footage from an exciting day of racing.
And what a day it turned out to be, as they witnessed Typhoon Racing's driver, Michelle, win the Championship!
As photoshoots go, Donington Park Circuit is certainly one of the most unique places we have visited so far.
A huge thanks to Kevin and Chloe for inviting us!

A busy month behind the lens
It hasn't just been cars in front of our cameras recently.
Our creative team headed to High Wycombe to visit our client, Avenir Roofing Ltd, for a photo and video shoot of their products and warehouse operations.
They are specialists in rubber roofing, so there was plenty to capture, from TRC EPDM and flat roofing accessories to an impressive collection of branded merchandise.
A little closer to home, we also welcomed Jivan and the FiveRivers HR team to our office for a shoot.
Both of these sessions saw our certified drone pilots work their magic, capturing unique aerial perspectives to help bring our clients' content to life.
Looking to refresh your brand's photography or video content? Get in touch to arrange a shoot with the Flamingo team!

The cutest pumpkin in the patch
What a difference a year makes!
Last year, Emma had not long announced that after 2 ½ years of fertility treatment, she and Kate were finally having a baby!
Fast forward 12 months, and here she is! The little pumpkin Emma had been growing turned out to be the most precious baby girl, Hallie Rose.
We are all a bit biased, but Hallie is definitely the cutest pumpkin in the patch! We love it when Emma brings her into the office to see us!
