We are officially 4 Years old!
From what started as a back bedroom business, Emma and a single laptop – we are now a team of 6 with a fantastic office in Leamington Spa and an amazing set of clients.
We never imagined the growth and scale we have reached in such a short time, and we can’t wait to see what the next 12 months have in store for us!
For those of you who don’t know, Emma launched Flamingo on her late Nan’s Birthday. Minnie would have been celebrating her 100th birthday this month. So, we decided to raise a glass with our family and partners in her honour.
We are so privileged to have such a beautiful office location, especially when it comes to occasions like this!

Our office spruce up!
Our wonderful Jodie (aka - baby Jode) is feeling super proud this month, and so she should be.
During her interview for the role at Flamingo, she was tasked with designing our Company Values, which we had just started working on.
7 months later - she's played a massive part in our whole rebrand and now her hard work is up on our office walls 😍

Did you know that deliberately procrastinating can increase productivity?
Here at Flamingo, we recently introduced a new daily ritual into each of our morning routines… Book Club!
One day, Emma’s desk was piled high with books varying from personal self-help and marketing guides, to business strategy, teamwork and leadership and told us that going forward we aren’t allowed to check our emails or even turn on our laptops for the first 15 minutes of our working day.
Personal development is important in all aspects of life, so at Flamingo, each morning we enjoy some uninterrupted time to read a book of our choice, which has helped us increase our productivity and skill sets as a team, and of course individually.
It’s incredibly important to have a team who work well together and feel like they are being invested in (and cared for!), and Book Club has definitely created a positive impact. Some of us are already onto our second and third books… you can tell who the bookworms are! 📚
