…and then there were SEVEN!
We’re delighted to welcome Hanna to the team as our Marketing & Sales Assistant!
After months of making jokes about the number of bearded blokes in the office, Emma is delighted to introduce another woman to the business!
Having already joined us for our team social (more about that below) and the Midlands Business Network Expo, Hanna is already into the swing of her new role and it’s safe to say she’s settling in perfectly.
So excited to welcome you to the flamboyance, Hanna!
Building strong relationships
We’re always proud to play a part in the success of our clients.
This month, we published our Digipal case study, highlighting our amazing achievements together over the past two years (like seeing their turnover grow from £1.8 million to £3.2 million) and our lovely relationship with their Managing Director, Mattan David.
Here's to many more years of success together!
We’ve had an office makeover…
With plenty of old marketing materials and documents to sort through ahead of Hanna joining us, we thought we’d take half of our monthly Flamingo Day to give the office a huge tidy and a bit of a makeover.
The team switched our meeting area with our break area, allowing us a larger space for more chairs around the table and giving us a more comfortable seating area for our breaks and informal meetings.
Oscar and George are excited about bringing PlayStations in to use from the sofas too – boys and their toys, eh!
The great escape!
A few times a year, we like to get the team and their partners together for a team social. This time, we chose the Escapefinity escape rooms in Leamington and, it’s safe to say, the team were pretty competitive.
Emma and Oscar’s team managed to get out of their room, ‘The Deranged Dentist’, just in time. Meanwhile, Chris, Eddy and George’s team failed to escape ‘The Potion Room’ and, as a result, bought the winning team drinks!
They were a little disappointed but, considering they were very close to escaping, we think they made a valiant effort!
Marketing for all
You may spend time fine-tuning your content to make it look great or get clicks, but do you ever consider how accessible it is to your audience?
In marketing, small things can make a big difference. Whether it’s adding captions to a video, using appropriate colour contrast or choosing simple and clear fonts, seemingly minor changes can make your content accessible to a much wider audience.
Our latest article shares how to make your marketing more accessible.
Thanks for reading! We’ll catch you next month.
